Cancellation, No Show, Late Appointments, Anti Discrimination
By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed and agree to comply with any and all terms listed below
LATE CANCELLATIONS
All appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee charged to the card on file that was placed while booking. Same day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
Life happens and we can all run late sometimes. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may have to be rescheduled to a later date and may be charged the 50% cancellation fee.
NO SHOW
All no-call/no-show appointments will be charged a no show fee amounting up to 100% of the service to the card on file, and future appointments will be cancelled.
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION
There is a no tolerance policy for any and all discriminatory comments including but not limited to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender presentation, sex, citizenship status, etc. Anyone found making a hateful comment will be asked to leave immediately, and will have all future appointments cancelled.
